What information do we collect?
The Google Workspace Add-on Magic Graphs Exporter collects no data whatsoever from the users. Not so Magic Apps has no access to any of your Google Data that you connect the Add-on to. The Add-on will process your data from your Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, and Docs) to function properly; however, at no point is this information saved on our servers or transferred outside of your Google account.
All configuration settings and temporary export statuses are stored strictly within the Script Properties of your own Google Form. The temporary spreadsheet created during the export process is created within your own Google Drive and is intended to be deleted once the export is complete.
The specific types of Google user data Magic Graphs Exporter accesses during its operations controlled by you are:
Google Forms: Used to read form titles, questions, and responses to calculate the data for your charts and text summaries. It also reads the active form's UI to display the progress dialog.
Google Sheets: Used as a temporary processing engine to generate chart images from your form data. These images are converted to blobs for insertion into your report.
Google Docs: Used to create a new document, format the report layout, and insert the generated charts and response text.
Google Drive: Used to identify the parent folder of your form so the exported document can be moved to the same location for your convenience.
All of the above are only accessed by the Add-on during its normal operations, and none of this data is transferred to or saved by Not so Magic Apps.
Magic Graphs Exporter's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as well as adhering to the Google APIs Terms of Service.
We only collect information from you directly when you report a problem via our Google Form or purchase a subscription for Magic Graphs Exporter. This is the only time any data is collected or recorded by us. We collect your name and email address if you choose to purchase one of our Add-on packages. This information is only collected to send confirmation emails and renewal notices. All information is kept secure and not shared with anyone.
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data, and access to this data is severely restricted and protected. The highest security measures are put in place to ensure all personal data is protected. Access to all data is protected with multi-factor authentication. We also follow data minimisation so that the very minimum of data is ever stored and recorded.

To improve our Add-on (we continually strive to improve our Add-on offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you).
