Not so Magic Apps - Terms of Service ("Terms")
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Not so Magic Apps website and our associated Add-ons and Apps (the "Service") operated by Not so Magic Apps ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Using the Service
Not so Magic Apps Add-ons provide a set of tools that extend the free and cloud-based Google Workspace platform.
Not so Magic Apps reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services for any reason without notice.
Not so Magic Apps is offering the majority of the Not so Magic Apps Add-ons at no cost. Whilst we make every effort to ensure their functionality, the tools we develop do break from time to time and need to be repaired. Our paid for Add-ons and services always take priority over our zero cost solutions and that is understood by accepting these terms.
We welcome all users of our tools to report to us problems that have occurred, using the feedback forms via the website or add-ons. Please remember that for the free services support is provided on a voluntary basis.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please read the Not so Magic Apps Add-Ons and Website Privacy Policy which explains that absolutely no data is collected by using any of our add-ons.
Please note that personally identifiable information is never collected, maintained or used by Not so Magic Apps add-ons. As explained in the privacy policy the only data of this nature collected is when you purchase one of our add-on subscriptions and this is solely for the purpose of completing and maintaining your subscription. All data is securely held and access to it is restricted.
We conduct penetration testing on all of our add-ons using Fluid Attack scans and when required by Google (usually through the use of the Google Drive scope) our add-ons are put through Tier 2 CASA Assessments.
Pricing, Renewals and Refunds
The Service’s features may change, including withdrawing or adding new features as well as changing the price. Our services rely on the Google Interface and environment and therefore if Google makes changes that affect the service we provide we cannot be held responsible.
You may upgrade or cancel your renewal at any time by contacting info@notsomagicapps.com. If you have upgraded to a paid subscription and are not fully satisfied then you have 14 days to request a refund. After this time no full or pro-rated refunds will be issued. It is therefore very important that you make the most of the 14 day free trial before committing to payment to ensure that the service meets your needs.
Until cancelled, purchased subscription to the Services will remain active but will not be automatically renewed. You will notified via email one month before your subscription comes to an end and there will be a link for renewal payment within the add-on sidebar.
Customers who purchased a one-time subscription to the Services or domain wide subscriptions, shall continue to be granted access, which will normally include upgrades for new features however this is not guaranteed.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Not so Magic Apps.
Not so Magic Apps has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Not so Magic Apps shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
