Magic Mail Merge is mainly designed for teachers to use with their students allowing them to email data from their class tracker as personalised mail merged emails. This add-on can of course be used by anyone to create a mail merged email to anyone recipient of their choice. 

Users can create as many tracking sheets as they require and produce as many different email templates to merge the data to. You can store as many different email templates as you like.

As long as you place your email template in the correct cell on the worksheet you can send whatever emails you like. You can always send a test email to check your mail merge is working correctly before you send it. 

Unlike other add-ons available Magic Mail Merge has no set limits (other than Google's own limits) and will not charge you per email sent. Magic Mail Merge is a subscription service and you will automatically be added to a 14 day free trial to experiement with all of the features. At the end of the trial you will need to subscribe in order to use Magic Mail Merge however I think you will find that the yearly cost of £5.99 is a small price to pay for such a powerful addon.
